1. Delivery Reports show the latest emails that have been sent out by HQi to your subscribers. To view these, select the "Delivery Reports" link under "Mail."

3. If you need to check if a particular subscriber has received their email, enter the email address of the recipient in the white text box under "Recipient" and click the "Filter" button.

📌 The filter function works the same across Recipient, Title, Status or Date.
